You will need to complete a Booking Form ­ this will be sent to you by post.
A Hiring Deposit 50% (non refundable) is required when booking. Balance to be settled in full no later than 28 days prior to the Hire Date. A Damage / Cleaning Deposit of £100 (refundable subject to conditions being met) is required with Balance no later than 28 days prior to Hire Date. It is important to note that where a Hirer requires a Bar to be set up prior to a function the Hall must be booked for the whole day and a Licence obtained by the Hirers or their Caterers.
